Cancellation Policy

Booking Requests: Inspection requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Once a request is received, our team will contact you to confirm property details, scheduling, and pricing. Bookings are only considered final after confirmation from the Advensory team. Service Area: Inspections are available only within Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Scheduling: Appointments are available Monday through Friday, between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon confirmation of the inspection appointment. Included Materials: Batteries, LED light bulbs, and electrical outlet spacers are included in the inspection service. Any additional materials (e.g., A/C filters, specialty parts, or replacement items) will be quoted separately and scheduled for a follow-up visit if approved. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance — no fee. • Cancellations made up to 1 hour before the scheduled inspection — charged 50% of the service cost. • No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment — charged 75% of the service cost. Communication: Please ensure that someone is available to grant property access at the confirmed time. If we are unable to access the property, it will be considered a no-show.
