The Process

  1. Request an Inspection: Submit our quick online form with your property details and preferred inspection date. Once received, our team will review your request and reach out to confirm scheduling.
     

  2. Property Verification & Scheduling: We confirm the property information, coordinate access, and assign one of our trusted handymen for the inspection.
     

  3. On-Site Inspection: During the visit, our handyman performs a full property walkthrough, addressing light maintenance tasks such as bulb or battery replacements, A/C filter changes, and small repairs.
     

  4. Report Review & Delivery: After the inspection, our team reviews the submitted findings, photos, and notes before sending you a detailed inspection report with any recommendations or urgent alerts
     

  5. Follow-Up Guidance: If any larger maintenance issues are identified, we’ll provide clear advice on next steps or refer you to qualified professionals in your area.

Pricing

  • Custom Pricing (Starting at $200):  Each inspection is priced based on the size of the property, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms. Studio units typically start at $200 per inspection.
     

  • Included Materials:  The inspection cost includes standard consumables such as batteries, LED light bulbs, and electrical outlet spacers used during the visit.
     

  • Additional Items: Items that require replacement outside of these standard materials — such as A/C filters, appliance parts, or other specialty components — are not handled during the inspection but may be quoted separately for a follow-up service.
     

  • Tailored Service: Our pricing model ensures every property receives the appropriate level of attention based on its size and complexity, providing full transparency and value for every inspection.

Requirements

To ensure a smooth and efficient inspection process, please have the following ready before your scheduled visit:

  • Property Access: Ensure someone is available to grant entry during the scheduled time window.
     

  • Accurate Property Information: Confirm the correct address, unit number, parking details, and any gate codes or lockbox information.
     

  • Owner or Manager Contact: Provide a direct phone number or WhatsApp contact for communication during the inspection.
     

Note: All information provided is handled with complete confidentiality and used solely for service coordination purposes.

Delivery

Quick Turnaround: Our team reviews inspection requests daily and confirms appointments within 24 hours.
 

On-Site Completion: Inspections are performed Monday–Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
 

Comprehensive Report: You’ll receive a digital report within 24–48 hours of the inspection, including photos, maintenance notes, and recommendations.
 

Transparent Communication: If any urgent issues are found, we notify you immediately with suggested next steps.

We currently cover all Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Additional service areas may be available upon request.
 

How long does an inspection take?
Most inspections take 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the property size and condition.
 

Will I receive a report after the inspection?
Absolutely. Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a digital report summarizing our findings, photos, and recommended actions.
 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no fee. Cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled time are subject to a 50%–75% fee, depending on timing.
